No Refunds or Exchanges
Please be sure you want to purchase something before you buy it! Read over the sizing info I provide or ask me questions via email (shopoddcow@gmail.com) or DM (@shopoddcow). I will only issue a refund/ exchange if there was an error on my end. Absolutely no refunds on customs. This rule is in place to protect me, the owner of a very small business, and my income. I want you to love your pieces, so if you do end up with a piece that you don’t feel amazing in, feel free to reach out to see if there’s any way we can come up with something that works for both of us.
Shipping & Handling
I typically ship your order within 1-7 days of receiving it. Anything listed as “made-to-order” will specify estimated wait times in the description of the product.
Please ensure your address is correct at the time of purchase. Odd Cow is not responsible for items lost due to incorrect delivery address.
Once a package is dropped off at USPS, UPS, or FedEx, it is out of my hands and I have no control over delays or lost packages. No refunds will be given due to delays or lost packages. You will be provided with a tracking number via the email you used to check out once your package is shipped. I find that often times when USPS items are “lost”, they show up later on. Feel free to reach out if a package never arrives and we can discuss a solution that works for both of us.
If you need me to hold onto a package before shipping (if you plan on being out of town, etc), please reach out to me and I can ship it when you’re ready to receive it.
A Note on Color
While I try my best to make sure each item’s color is accurately represented by the photograph in it’s listing, it can be difficult for a camera to capture exactly what you see, especially since colors change in different lighting. You’ve probably taken a photo (maybe a sunset?) where you look at the picture and think, huh this looks a little bit different than the real thing! Items will look different in natural light, versus studio light, versus your dimly lit apartment. Pinks and reds tend to look a little more vibrant and more harsh in the studio lights, keep this in mind! There are many things that affect perception of color: your phone/computer brightness/ settings, lighting, real life not being a screen. Like I said, I try to make everything as accurate as possible, so I don’t accept returns based on slight variation in what you see on your screen versus what is in your hands. Everything is made with love and intention and you’ll feel it when you wear it!
